Volunteer Opportunities Available

Food Distributions
Bagging produce, placing produce in vehicles, handing produce to residents, translating, distributing health resources.
- Mack Road Valley Hi Community Center: 1st & 3rd Wednesdays of each month; 2pm-6pm
- Roseville apartment communities: Every 3rd Thursday of the month, 8:30am-11:30am and Every 3rd Thursday of the month, 10:30am-2pm -
Walk With Friends
Greet and sign in community members, walk with community members, distribute produce, distribute health resources, lead and support health presentations/ discussions
- Westfield Park, Tuesdays, 8am-10am (West Sacramento)
- Robla Park, Thursdays, 8am-10am (North Sacramento)
- Elkhorn Park, Fridays, 8am-10am (West Sacramento)
- Meadowview Farmers Market, Sundays, 8am-10:30am (South Sacramento) -
Outreach Events
Greet community members, distribute health resources, discuss resources and programs available through HEC, engage with other non-profits and agencies.
Opportunities are available throughout Sacramento, Yolo, Placer, and Solano Counties -
