Ventanilla de Salud
Since 2009, HEC has proudly operated the Ventanilla de Salud at the Consulado General de Mexica en Sacramento, creating access to primary care services, health insurance coverage, and other health access resources.
In addition to health screenings and education, we also offer small business development support, financial education and coaching, mental health well-being initiatives, as well as launched events such as the annual Conferencia de Liderazgo para Mujeres.
By co-locating community support services at the Consulate, HEC reaches the community in a space they trust and ensures we reduce barriers and increase access to culturally-tailored resources.
