Financial Empowerment Center
The Health Education Council (HEC) is excited to announce the launch of our Financial Empowerment Center (FEC), a free public service and program of the City of Sacramento that offers professional, confidential one‑on‑one financial coaching to Sacramento residents ages 18 and over.
HEC was selected by the City of Sacramento in 2025 as a second partner to help deliver this service and expand language access for the community.
In-person, phone, and video call appointments are available. We’re honored to support this important work and expand access through additional languages, including Spanish, Hmong, and Russian.
