Peers Helping Peers Stakeholder Meeting
HEC and its partners, citiesRISE and SETA, will convene partners agencies interested in mental health to review and give feedback on the new Peers Helping Peers (PHP). Supported by Sacramento County MHSA funds, PHP will trained opportunity youth and Spanish-speaking parents to become Community Mental Health Navigators. At the completion of the training, participants will be placed with local agencies to complete 40-hour paid internships.
