Re-imagining Parks
HEC Park revitalization projects enhance parks and their surrounding neighborhoods by working directly with residents to identify park improvement needs, and then linking residents with city government and funders to make their recommended park improvements come to life.
HEC partners with Kaiser Permanente, SMUD, and the cities of Sacramento and Roseville and their residents to renovate local parks, bringing safer access to physical activity opportunities and outdoor spaces for social connection.
